What we store

Your login email and a password that is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form, so nobody here can ever see it. What you own (purchases and gifts), your course progress, and anything you create in your space: bookmarks, notes, highlights, saved posts, favorites, questions you ask, and your profile name and picture. For client projects, the files and messages of that project.

What we deliberately do not store

Card and payment details never touch this site. Checkout, tax, receipts, and invoices are handled by Stripe and Link, and your payment data stays with them.

Cookies, and your say over them

One session cookie keeps you signed in across the Hollymath brands; it is strictly necessary, so it is always on. Optional analytics cookies run ONLY if you pressed “Accept cookies” on the banner; press “Decline” and none of it ever loads. Your choice is remembered for a year and you can change your mind by clearing this site's cookies, which brings the banner back.

Your rights (GDPR and friends)

Wherever you are, you can ask to see the data held about you, have it corrected, receive a copy in a portable form, or have your account and its data erased. The lawful basis for holding your data is the contract between us: you bought things, and the data above is what delivering them requires. Marketing email runs on your explicit per-brand consent, withdrawable anytime on the email preferences page. The data controller is Hollymath (Holly Perret); requests go to hello@hollymath.com and are answered by a human, not a form.

Email, on your terms

Service email (receipts, password resets, access to what you bought) is part of the product. Marketing email is opt-in per brand: sharing one login never signs you up for news from a brand you did not choose. You decide per brand on your email preferences page.

Your choices
